I'm so glad you are here!

I have worked in the fields of Mental Health and Addiction for over 15 years. As a person in long-term recovery myself, I understand the struggles of dual diagnosis on both the individual and their families. I hold the strong belief that people are perfectly imperfect. They are beautiful and spectacular but can also become stuck, unhappy, and unable to live a fulfilling life. That’s where I come in.
